The villa is cosy, is modern, has 260 m², and has views to the mountain and to the garden, 350 m from the sea.
It is located 2 m from the town of Alcudia,
300 m from the sandy beach Sa Marina,
4.5 km from the Alcudia Beach
2 km from the bus stop Alcudia town,
2 km from restaurants and bars,
2 km from Eroski supermarket,
5 km from Hidropark water park,
7 km from the rocky beach Alcanada,
7 km from the golf course Club de Golf Alcanada,
8 km from the lake Es Gran Llac where you can practise Wake (Wake Park Alcudia)
10 km from the natural park Parc Natural de S'Albufera
and is located in an ideal area for children zone and next to the sea.
