Alcudia is a beautiful town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia; the longest beach in Mallorca, with fine sand and turquoise waters. Alcudia is located between the natural reserve of the Albufera and the mountain of "Sa Victoria".
"Ponset" has 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed, while the other has a bunk bed. In the house there are a total of 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and the other is a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The bright living room has satellite TV and all the amenities.
The terrace, located in front of the sea, is completely furnished for dining out in the fresh air, enjoying the wonderful views and the sea breeze.
If you want to spend your holidays by the sea, "Ponset" is the ideal option to enjoy the summer with your family or friends!

This property is located right on a secluded beach with amazing sea views! It is close to a couple of good restaurants and a supermarket. We would recommend hiring a car to explore some other nearby beaches. We had an excellent stay!

This place is really a little paradise directly to the ocean. If you stay here, you have your own beach and the feeling, that the ocean is all around you! You can see and hear it from every room in the very beautiful, charming and cozy house! Especiasee more
This place is really a little paradise directly to the ocean. If you stay here, you have your own beach and the feeling, that the ocean is all around you! You can see and hear it from every room in the very beautiful, charming and cozy house! Especially the view and the sound from the sleepingroom is breathtaking! We were sitting on the terrace every evening and were listening to the ocean. Juan is very kind and attentively! He was already waiting for us, when we arrived and showed us everything. He helped us out and he always answered, when we had any question. Close to Juans place you have a little supermarket with all things of daily needs. You get fresh bread and delicious sweet pieces for breakfast. There are also nice restaurants you can reach by foot. Also a walk from about 20 minutes to Alcudia is very nice. Especially in the evening. The landscape is also beautiful with many possibilities of nice walks. We liked the most, that there is not so much „tourist-action“, so that we had the feeling of beeing in-between the spanish live and the spanish people! We were really sad, that we had to leave, but are happy at the same time, that we stayed there! So if you need a timeout and have to recover - please go there! Because it will be the right place for you! We will come back for sure!

Ein wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wir wohl gefühlt und waren sehr traurig als unser Urlaub zu Ende war . Mallorca hat uns sehr gefallen und wir freuen uns schon bald wieder zu kommen.
