Es Morer Vermell – Can Brasa is a grand vacation home from the 1930s located in Barcares (Alcúdia), fully renovated in 2024.
Its modern and contemporary rustic style stands out in the northern area. The wooden beams, lime-painted walls, and kitchen give the house a rustic yet modern effect.
The accommodation is 200 m², featuring 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 adults plus two children. It is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, with views of the sea and the mountains.
It is a property designed for cooking enthusiasts, to enjoy its barbecues or cook in its modern, fully equipped kitchen. The American-style electric kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
The induction kitchen is from the brand La Cornue. For its elegance, characteristic design, and excellent cooking performance, it adheres to La Cornue® standards recognized and appreciated worldwide. The kitchen has 5 burners and a spectacular 90 cm oven, a professional La Cornue rotisserie (available on request with an extra damage deposit of €500). A true technological gem that optimizes heat flow circulation, allowing you to roast meats, poultry, fish, or whole fruits and vegetables according to the rules of art, enhancing flavors while preserving the tenderness of the meats for optimal tasting pleasure. Additionally, it features a professional bar coffee machine, brand Gaggia (available on request with an extra damage deposit of €500) with a coffee grinder, a Nespresso coffee machine (always available), and a two-door Liebherr wine cooler (white and red). (On request, wine bottles can be ordered before arrival).
There are two barbecues on the terrace, one professional Argentine and one classic Schickling. There is a third American barbecue, Yoder Smokers, which is privately owned by the owner. In addition to the barbecues, there is also a barbecue house in front of the pool, with a stone oven, another barbecue, a professional Josper oven, a mini fridge, a dishwasher, and a beer tap (the amount of beer kegs can be ordered before arrival).
Its wonderful garden includes a saltwater pool, a spacious porch with a large table, and a chill-out area with outdoor sofas, a children's playground with a swing, slide, wooden house, and trampoline for the kids to enjoy this fabulous space. It has 2 large terraces, one behind the house facing the pool and the other right at the entrance facade.
The property has a large garden, garden furniture, a fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecues, minibar, iron, internet access (wifi), playground, alarm, underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, a private 16 m pool with counter-currents, outdoor parking on the same building (for 3 cars), fans, TV, and SONOS speakers throughout the property. It is fully equipped!
Of the 4 bedrooms, three have double beds, and the fourth has a bunk bed recommended for children. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a third bathroom with a shower. The bedroom with the bunk bed has a desk with a computer screen. All bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and underfloor heating. On the second floor of the tower, there is a library with incredible views and a collection of cookbooks. On the top floor of the tower, there is an observation deck where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the views and the sea breeze.
