Tucan, 650 m from the bus station, 900 m from the water park Hidropark Alcudia, 900 m from the sandy beach Playa de Alcudia, 7 km from the natural park Parc Natural de S'Albufera, 8 km from the beach of Roca Alcanada, 8 km from the golf course, Club de Golf Alcanada, 55 km from the airport of Plama de Mallorca and is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.
