The finca features a fireplace, internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer, a private pool, open-air parking on the property, a TV, satellite TV (languages: Spanish, English, German), and air conditioning in the first-floor bedroom.
The separate gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
The island of Mallorca is a natural paradise with numerous protected areas, including the Cabrera National Park, Dragonera Natural Park, S’Albufera Natural Park, and Mondragó Natural Park.
Being a natural island, this also includes its flora and fauna.
For this reason, it is normal during summer to encounter mosquitoes, bees, wasps, spiders, and other insects that live in this habitat. In the warmer months, these insects are even more common.
Please keep in mind that when renting a house in Mallorca, it is very likely that you will come across these natural inhabitants, as they are part of the environment.
