Alcudia is located between the natural reserve of the Albufera and the mountains of "Sa Victoria". In Puerto de Alcudia you will find many restaurants, shops, leisure and water sports.
"Pericas" has 4 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, while the other two have 2 single beds each. In the house there are a total of 2 bathrooms with toilet, one of them equipped with shower and the other one with bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The living-dining room has satellite TV and all the amenities.
The terrace, which has a barbecue, is fully furnished so that you can eat in the fresh seafront.
This beautiful accommodation shares the entrance with the flat on the first floor.

Beautiful views from this well-planned villa! We were four families, two with four small children between us and because of how the villa was planned-out the grand parents could sleep without being disturbed by toddlers in the night. Big plus for thasee more

We were four families, two with four small children between us and because of how the villa was planned-out the grand parents could sleep without being disturbed by toddlers in the night. Big plus for that. Having breakfast with this wonderful view of the mountains was another plus. We arrived in the off-season so most places close to us were closed but Alcudia town was only about 15 minutes away.
